Whole Food - Plant Based Diet

You may have noticed that I have started to share whole-food, plant-based recipes on our blog Lead Daily Habits. These recipes are centered on whole, unrefined, or minimally refined plants. A whole-food, plant-based diet is based on fruits, vegetables, tubers, whole grains, and legumes. Nutritional science has been proving in the last years what divine scripture has told us for centuries.

In this blog, we want to give you tips and support to make healthy eating easier, less work, more affordable and less time consuming. We’re focusing on the “how” side of healthy eating, because we want to help make it easier for you to consistently, easily and deliciously enjoy food that is nourishing for you and for all that you love.
