INGREDIENTS
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup vinegar
10 drops dÅTERRA® essential oils (Wild Orange, Arborvitae, or Lemon)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add olive oil and vinegar to glass spray bottle.
2. Add 10 drops of essential oil.
3. Shake well before each use.
4. Apply to microfiber cloth and wipe wood surfaces clean. Repeat every 2–3 months or as often as needed.

DIY - Mouthwash
Simple mouthwash:
Ingredients
5 drops Peppermint

2 cups water

Instructions
- Add water and essential oil to a 16 ounce dark glass bottle.
- Shake well before each use. Take small sips and swish. Do not swallow.

DIY - Aromatherapy Play Dough
Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 cups colored water
1 cup salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
5 drops essential oils
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients, except for essential oils, in a large saucepan and stir until combined.
2. Once combined, put over medium heat. Using a spatula, continue to stir ingredients together until it forms a ball. (Note: don’t overcook as it will lead to dry play dough.)
3. Remove from heat and cool on parchment paper.
4. Once cool, add five drops of your favorite essential oil and knead until thoroughly combined.
5. You’re done! Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for months of fun.

DIY - Hand Cleansing Spray
doTERRA On Guard hand cleansing spray:
Ingredients:
4 ounce spray bottle, glass
1 tablespoon aloe vera gel
20 drops doTERRA On Guard Protective Blend
Water
Directions:
- In spray bottle, combine aloe vera and doTERRA On Guard.
- Fill the rest of bottle with water. Shake until combined.
- To use, spray on hands and rub together.

This homemade recipe will not only cleanse your hands, but moisturize them too.
Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons aloe vera gel
- 4 tablespoons water
- ¼ teaspoon vitamin E oil
- 8–10 drops doTERRA On Guard
- 2/3 cup rubbing alcohol (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine aloe vera gel and vitamin E oil.
- Add eight to 10 drops of doTERRA On Guard Protective Blend to aloe vera mixture.
- Add water and mix well to combine. Add more or less water depending on the consistency you want.
- Pour into container. Note: High quality essential oils can be stored in plastic containers if highly diluted.

DIY - Household Cleaner
INGREDIENTS:
- 500 ml water
- 500 ml distilled white vinegar
- 1 tbsp kitchen soap
Directions:
- Fill spray bottle with ingredients.
- Close bottle and shake to mix.
- Swirl/shake bottle before each spray.

DIY - Body Wash
What You Need:
8 oz. glass pump bottle (you can purchase one here)
1/2 cup (8 TBSP) unscented Castile soap
4 tablespoons vegetable glycerin
3 tablespoons fractionated coconut oil
10 drops of your favorite essential oil
Note: You can find vegetable glycerin at most health food stores. Vegetable glycerin will help the body wash be thicker, creamier, and lather better.
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients into glass pump bottle.
2. Add desired essential oil(s).
Tip: For an uplifting body wash try these essential oils: Citrus Bliss, Peppermint, Grapefruit, Lime, or Eucalyptus. For a relaxing body wash try these: Lavender, Serenity, Bergamot, Geranium, or Roman Chamomile.
3. Shake to combine. You’re done! Make sure to shake before each use, as the ingredients will separate.

DIY - Foaming Hand Soap
What You Need:
2 tablespoons liquid castile soap (unscented)
1 tablespoon Fractionated Coconut oil
10 drops essential oils of choice
Note: We used five drops of Peppermint and five drops of Melaleuca essential oil.

Directions:
1. Pour castile soap and Fractionated Coconut Oil into bottle.
2. Add essential oils.
3. Slowly add water into bottle making sure to leave room for the foaming pump.
4. Add lid, shake, and you are good to go!
5. When ready to use, just pump 1-2 times into hands and wash with warm water.

DIY - Homemade Hand Soap
Total Time: 2 minutes
Serves: 30-60
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 part Castille Soap
- 3/4 part water
- 5 drops peppermint essential oil
- BPA free plastic dispenser or Glass bottle with dispenser
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix soap and water. Add in oils and mix.
- Pour into dispenser.
