INGREDIENTS
½ cup cannellini beans ½ cup sunflower seeds ¼ - ½ cup water2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic granules or powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ -½ tsp sea unrefined salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Soak sunflower seeds overnight.
- Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Add water gradually. Blend until mayo-like consistency is achieved.
- Get completed mayo into a jar quickly and seal air-tight (to minimize oxidation).
