Stir-fry

To prepare your own stir-fry:
- prepare your mise en place
- stir-fry cold rice (stir-frying hot rice = sticky and/or mushy rice) with a bit of vegetable stock to avoid sticking. 
- Remove the rice and stir-fry the hardest vegetables. 
- Add the rice back to the wok, along with the remaining vegetables and finish with your favorite sauce and garnish as desired.
