Dip - Sweet Potato Hummus

Ingredients
1½ cups chickpeas, 
fresh or canned1 sweet potato steamed or baked, you'll only need the flesh (3/4 cup if using store bought puree)
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp mellow miso
3 tbps tahini or almond butter
2 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
some water

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a food processor.Blend until very smooth and creamy (add water as needed). Add more seasoning to taste.
