INGREDIENTS
2 15.5 oz. cans Chickpeas, drained
6 oz. bag of Baby Spinach
1⁄4 cup Tahini or almond butter
1⁄4 cup Fresh Lemon Jioce
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 clove Garlic, minced
1⁄4 cup Water
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add salt to taste.
Serve with whole grain pita chips or raw vegetables
